We are truly blessed by the women and men who volunteer to teach Christian Education at Pewee Valley Presbyterian. We currently offer Sunday morning classes for all ages: children, youth, and adults.
Children’s Sunday School (Kindergarten-4th Grade): Children’s “One Big Classroom” meets at 9:15 a.m. in the basement classroom of the Family Life Center and is led by Jenny Williams, and Stephanie Willis.
Youth Small Group (5th-12th Grade): Meets for Sunday School at 9:15 a.m. in the Parish House and is led by Ashia Stoess (Director of Youth Ministries) and Violet Sears (Seminary Student Minister.) Youth Group meets Sunday evenings in the Parish House from 6:30-8:00 p.m. and other various events.
The Thoughtful Christian Class (Adults): This class, which engages faith and contemporary issues, is coordinated by Pastor Weible. Class meets at 9:15 a.m. in the second floor library of the Family Life Center.
God’s Garden (Adults): This year, Jill MacNiven’s group will be studying “Drawing Closer to God: 365 Daily Meditations on Questions from Scripture” and have fun, get off topic, laugh, joke, and relax. We enjoy studying the scripture and applying it to everyday life situations. Class meets at 9:15 a.m. in the basement library of the Family Life Center.
**Nursery care is available every Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 11:45 a.m.
